Mushiki Dumplings was conceived in a steaming gyoza bar in Harajuku, Tokyo. Founders Hayden and Amanda had sipped on a couple too many hot sakes when they scribbled on a napkin their ideas to bring great gyoza to Melbourne. Hayden & Amanda are passionate about creating premium quality dumplings by using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
Our stall is bright, energetic & exciting, and we want our customers to not only enjoy the food they purchase, but to enjoy the ordering process as well. It’s our goal to create conversation, to make people laugh & smile, and to generally perpetuate good vibes.
