Promotional Photos
The presentation of your product is extremely important when it comes to the selection process. Please upload at least two quality photos that best represent your product. **These photos will be used for successful applicants who select to be included in Nightjar’s digital media (see question below). **Photos must be cropped to size of 1800 x 1800 pixels

Please also be aware that, if you are chosen as a stallholder, as a part of your contract with Nightjar Entertainment you are obligated to post a minimum of 4 posts to your social media accounts. Nightjar Entertainment will provide you with social media tiles to promote your attendance.

If your set-up is a marquee, you MUST supply flooring in the marquee.

Prices below are for the site space only and power must be selected in question below.
- Food or Beverage Cart - 2.5m x 2m max. No BOH. (2 events) $500 (+GST)
- 3m x 3m (2 events): $700 (+GST)
- 4.5m x 3m (2 events): $1000 (+GST)
- 6m x 3m (2 events): $1240 (+GST)
- Food Trucks up to 8m (2 events): $1300 (+GST)
What power do you require?*
Selection must include power required for ALL items to be used. No generators are permitted.

- Lights Only (1 x 10amp lead with less than 200watts) $60 per night (2 nights)
- Medium Power (lights and three small electrical items - 2 x 10amp leads with less than 2500watts) $180 per night (2 nights)
- High Power (more than above - 10amp & 15amp leads above 2500watts) $300 per night (2 nights)

Power will only be supplied for items listed, so ensure you include all back of house requirements, i.e: oven/fridge/cool room etc. All electrical items must be tag and tested.
