The presentation of your stall is extremely important in the selection process, please submit quality photos that accurately represent your stall setup. **Photos must be cropped to size of 1800 x 1800 pixels. Please upload 2 photos.

Promotional Photos
The presentation of your product is extremely important when it comes to the selection process. Please upload photos that best represent your product. These photos will be used for successful applicants who select to be included in Nightjar’s digital media (see question below). **Photos must be cropped to size of 1800 x 1800 pixels

Please also be aware that, if you are chosen as a stallholder, as a part of your contract with Nightjar Entertainment you are obligated to post a minimum of 4 posts to your social media accounts. Nightjar Entertainment will provide you with social media tiles to promote your attendance.
EVENT SITES:
To lower environmental impact, all sites are now POWER FREE. Our recommedation is that you use SOLAR POWER lighting. You will not be given access to power, unless it is specifically requested (question below).
What size site are you applying for?*
Prices below are for the site space only (you supply your own marquee/tables/chairs, etc.)
- 3m x 3m Marquee (2 nights): $288.00 (+GST)
- 4.5m x 3m Marquee (2 nights): $432.00 (+GST)
- 6m x 3m Marquee (2 nights): $576.00 (+GST)
- 3m x 3m Marquee CASUAL STALL per night: $200 (+GST)

Do you require power for your site?*
All sites are now POWER FREE unless you request power. We suggest using Solar Lights. If you need power it may be used for lights OR one small electrical item (1 x 10amp lead with less than 200 watts). No personal generators permitted.
